Prólogo / Prologue

Despues de mi viaje por Sudamerica en 2012 no pensé que fuera a retomar la mochila y volver a irme de viaje, pero al cerrar una etapa de casi nueve años en BNP Paribas estas Navidades, no podía dejar escapar la oportunidad de hacer un nuevo periplo - mas corto esta vez - por Australia.

Llevo muchos años con ganas de visitar este pais, del que tanto me hablaba mi querida Genevieve cuando viviamos juntos en Paris y aunque seis semanas no sean lo mismo que seis meses, me he terminado animando a escribir un pequeño blog como diario de viaje y para intentar dar a conocer un poco mas del otro lado del mundo a mis amigos y familia.

After my trip to South America in 2012 I did not think I was going to take my backpack to go on a trip again, but when I just closed a period of almost nine years at BNP Paribas last Christmas, I could not miss the opportunity to make a new journey - shorter this time - around Australia.

I have spent many years looking forward to visiting this country, of which I heard so much from my dear Genevieve when we lived together in Paris and although six weeks are not the same as six months, I ended up motivating me to write a small blog as a travel diary and to try to provide a little insight from the other side of the world to my friends and family.
